Welcome to the work of Christopher Ware – landscape painter
and Artist in Residence for the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

As Artist in Residence on a heritage railway, much of my painting centres on steam locos. But
my compositions are of more than just trains...
setting, mood and context are just as important.
